Choose the place you snooze, whether it's on a Hypnos or Sealy mattress and find the perfect mattress. The number one necessity is to try before you buy. If you buy online you really won't know how the mattress feels and suits you body shape until it arrives. When visiting a store to try a mattress it's not essential you wear your pyjamas (!) but try to wear loose fitting clothes so you can lie in the position you sleep in. If you don't sleep alone, take your partner with you and test the mattress together. Look for a mattress that offers different firmness on either side and buy the biggest bed your room can take - you won't regret it!
